- Monitor daily e-commerce operating workflows - Coordinate product availability and online catalog updates - Review order-flow exceptions and route issues to the appropriate team - Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment staff - Maintain operating checklists and online-store procedures - Track recurring website and order-processing issues - Support merchandising and product-launch updates
Qualifications
- Strong organization and attention to detail - Experience with e-commerce or online retail operations - Comfort using web-based business systems - Ability to coordinate multiple operating tasks - Clear written communication

- Experience with direct-to-consumer online retail - Familiarity with product catalogs and order-management workflows
