Information you provide
We collect the information you submit in applications, including contact details, work authorization, relevant experience, links, cover letters and optional resumes. Job alert registrations contain your preferences and selected contact channels. Contact forms contain your inquiry and contact information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents or financial account details.
How we use information
We use applicant information to assess and manage recruitment, communicate about applications, and maintain recruiting records. We use alert preferences to manage updates about RADIXI INC. positions only. Inquiry information is used to respond to support requests. Consent records include wording, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent and source page to document your choices and protect the service.
SMS and email choices
Job alerts are optional. SMS and email have separate, unchecked consent controls. Applying for a position does not subscribe you. Reply STOP to an enabled SMS program to stop future texts, use your private unsubscribe link, or contact us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Choosing all job alerts on the unsubscribe page disables the selected registration’s email and SMS alerts and blocks further job alert SMS to that phone number. Choosing email only stops email for that registration and preserves a separately requested SMS preference. SMS opt-out does not automatically cancel separately requested email alerts on other registrations.
Sharing and service providers
Access is limited to authorized recruiting staff and service providers supporting hosting, storage, security and communications. We do not sell applicant information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide the service. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
Cookies and security
This site uses an essential session cookie for administrator authentication. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Candidate forms do not require an account. We use HTTPS in production, restricted administrator access, private resume storage and access logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your requests
We retain recruiting information for the recruitment process, operational needs and applicable legal obligations. Suppression records may be retained to honor opt-outs. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an application. We may verify your identity using information appropriate to your request. We will evaluate applicable rights and legal retention duties before completing a request. Do not send identity documents through the contact form.
Children and external links
The site is intended for employment-related use and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information for a child under 13. External portfolio or professional profile links have their own privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy as practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes to consent purposes require an appropriate new choice rather than treating prior consent as permission for unrelated uses.
